Prices and Taxes

All our prices are in NZ Dollars and GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or Afterpay. When making a purchase with us the name that will appear on your bank statement will be Pet Central

Substitute Goods

If we are unable to send your goods within five days, we will contact you with this information. At the same time we may offer you alternative goods. We will not send substitute goods without your consent.

Confirmation of Order

Once you have sent an online order, you will get a receipt confirming the details of your order with an order confirmation number. Your goods should reach you within 3-7 working days, subject to availability of stock.

Unwanted or Faulty Goods

The cost of postage or delivery charge is not refundable. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
